No. You can stay at your existing brokerage and sign a master referral agreement for the team. 

You can always join REAL after you join our team. If you do join REAL, we'll help you thrive on that as well. 

When you are at REAL and you name Steve or any of our Growth Directors as your sponsor, we will help you create a plan to attract other agents to the brokerage (and maybe even our team) to help you build residual income as you grow. 

Our split is simple. 

Option 1

You keep 90% of your commission. Only 10% goes to us. 

There is no cap to the team 10%

Example:

$450,000 sale at 2.4% commission.

Gci is $10,800

$1080 Is Paid to Stoly Network

Then your Gross is $9720.

Your split with REAL is 15% ($1458)

Net to you after team and REAL split: $8,262

Option 2

If you don't want a cap, you can pay us $1,599 per month with 0% commission owed. 

*All referrals given to you will come with an additional 10% commission split above and beyond what you pay the referral company or the referring agent if placed by us.

If you are on the 10% split plan, you must average at least $1600 paid to the team each month since the last event. IF you want to pay the difference to attend, you may also do that. 

The ticket is included, you just need airfare and hotel.

If you are on the $1,599 plan, your ticket is included. 

You will be placed in our growth pods right away. By joining the team, you are commiting that selling real estate is what you are here to do. 

If you don't have anything pending and are not wanting to put in the work, we understand. This team may not be the best fit for you. 

There are times however when productions slows. Just communicate with your growth director so we can help. :)

We know that selling real estate is easier when you do it with a group of people. When you join the team, we'll place you in a growth pod with other agent that meet daily to discuss and execute on growth. 

You also have the ability to start video huddles at any time within your POD to speed up growth. 

All of the all company calls, virtual masterminds, courses, lessons, and half yearly masterminds are recorded and placed in the member area. 

The Growth Pod Daily huddles are not recorded.
