Peak Performance Coach

A newly launching national real estate network is looking for peak performance coaches to help guide our network members through massive growth. 

Our Peak Performance coaching team will be the premiere coaching group in the US. In this role, you will play a crucial role in helping our team members set goals, remove limiting beliefs and obstacles and then execute a plan for them to reach and surpass their goals. This position is built for the people who love to serve and who are driven to win through others. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a peak performance coach, your role is to help real estate agents surpass their revenue, transactional, and wealth goals. To achieve this, you will work one on one with your client base on a weekly basis to build strategic plans and hold them accountable through co-active coaching techniques. Core responsibilities include

• Delivering custom tailored, weekly video coaching sessions to help them achieve their goals. 
• It is your job to co-create a plan and then develop strategies to achieve the results of that plan using previous experience, co-active coaching techniques and training from Steve Olson. 
• Report weekly on coaching sessions in the CRM

This is a mid to high 6 figure position for the highest performers. You are paid as a % of revenue generated with the client. 

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ Years in a leadership role
• Real Estate experience is required
• Active Real Estate License
• You must move your license to REAL
