A newly launching national real estate network is looking for Growth Directors to help attract scaling real estate agents to our national network.  

Our Growth team will be the frontline in onboarding real estate agents to our nationwide real estate team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in helping our team expand. This is a mid 6 figure position for the top performers. 

CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Growth Director, your role is to help real estate agents transition to our team to help them surpass their personal and professional goals. To achieve this, you will work hand in hand with Steve to have conversations with agents looking for growth and a change in their business. 

  • Conduct daily outreach to real estate agents to invite them to one of our premiere business training webinars. 

  • Follow up with inbound leads as assigned

  • Follow up with real estate agents and conduct strategy growth sessions

  • Through qualification and influence, guide them through the onboarding process to join the national network

  • Ongoing client check-ins to follow up on performance gains while with us

  • Conduct all activities in our CRM

  • You will be responsible for handling the attraction and onboarding in a specific territory across the US. This typically consists of 3-5 states.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ Years in sales and consulting 
  • Real Estate experience is required
  • Active Real Estate License
  • You must move your license to REAL
  • This position is remote (in the US)
  • This requires high speed internet
  • The ability to hold video zoom sessions with potential clients

INCOME AND PAY

This position is paid based on % of revenue generated by our team members. You will have the opportunity to create an income that is virtually unlimited.
