3 Reasons you should make sure your agent is using social media to advertising your home even in 2021 when everything i selling at a lightning pace.

1. It is where all the eyeballs are

Every age, every demographic, every type of person. They are all on Social Media. Check this out according to Statista.com:
"As of 2019 and 2020, the average daily social media usage of internet users worldwide amounted to 145 minutes per day, up from 142 minutes in the previous year."

New call-to-action

2. There are just as many opportunistic buyers as there are have to buyers

A "have to" buyer is someone who HAS to move right now. They have a child on the way. They just sold their home. They are relocating because of a job. They are moving no matter what.

An "opportunistic buyer" is someone who would make the move if the right home at the right price came up. They may not be in the car with a REALTOR right now though. The easiest way to reach these buyers is by placing your listing in the path of what they are looking at every day for 145+ minutes.... Social media

3. You'll have confidence that the final selling price was the best price possible

When the masses have a chance to see a product, the market will determine what product is worth. When only a few see a product, the few will determine the value and it is almost lower when underexposed.
